[PATCH] fixup! i386: hide la57 at fresh start on vz machine types up to vz10.0.0 #VSTOR-152405

pc-i440fx-vz10.1.0 is based on rhel10.0.0 and inherits x-arch-cap-always-on
like vz10.0.0, so it needs x-no-la57-on-start too.  Attach pc_vz_10_0_compat
to the vz10.1.0 row of the i440fx table; older types get it via the chain.
